After delivery
Order cancellation: If your order has been shipped and cannot be modified, it is not possible to return the goods. 

Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, there will be a $20 processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you can refuse the package, but you will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the e-bike fee yourself

Shipment Confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once you order has shipped containing your Tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Order Tracking

Order tracking is available online. Copy your order number from your email to the Track Orders page and find out when your order is expected to arrive.
